I first began my yoga journey in 1998. I was fascinated and curious about the philosophy and the precision in which the poses where to be practiced and experienced. I was living in NYC, going to school and working full time. It was a time in my life where I needed a soft and safe place to land; a space where I could be myself apart from the business of my life. Shortly after taking my first yoga class, I had the opportunity to travel to India to receive my 300 Hr. certification at the Bihar Yoga School Ashram in Bihar, India. I will forever remember that experience as one that changed my life. After I came back to the US; I took my second teacher training at the Miami Ashtanga Yoga Shala where I got my 500 Hr. certification. In 2006 I moved to Dallas and have been teaching yoga classes and leading 200 Hr. Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2010. Many of my students are now leaders in the yoga community offering amazing classes, workshops and retreats. This journey for me continues. You will always find me practicing and teaching. I’ve had the fortune to study with many great teachers, and I continue to learn and search for meaningful ways to inspire my students in their search for greater meaning in life.

Nicolle has taught Vinyasa for over 17 years in the Dallas community, and worked in personal training for 25 years in both Canada and the USA. Nicolle has a specialized focus on anatomy, muscle physiology and rehabilitation for the modern yogi. She is always diving into new healing modalities such as nervous system regulation via cold plunging, infrared heat therapy, various styles of meditation, and plant medicine. During Nicolle’s time off you can find her reading up on current science discoveries related to fitness and wellness, and as of late, working towards 2000 hours of yoga training. She has studied with Baron Baptist on several occasions, Sanskrit scholar Cheryl Oliver, the talented Julie Boyd, and more! Nicolle's background credentials include BCRPA, ACE certified, NASM, medical exercise specialist, sport specific training, strength and conditioning, YMCA strength and conditioning, as well as multiple styles of group fitness and cardio vascular training.
